Place of processing

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters and are handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing and/or by any persons in charge during any maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested.

Types of data processed
Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the user to be identified.

This category of data includes:

– IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site;

– URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the site.

Purpose of data processing

Your personal data collected will be processed by our structure for the following purposes:

Data retention period

The personal data provided by you and collected by the undersigned will be retained by the latter for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and on the basis of the criteria defined internally by Stegip 4 Communication srl, the duration of these terms is indicated in an internal document that may be brought to your attention following your specific request.

Transfer of data to non-EU countries

Scapece srl does not intend to transfer your data to third countries (non-EU countries).

Revocation of consent

In any case, you have the right to revoke at any time the consent to the processing of your personal data given, as established by art. 7, paragraph 3 of EU Reg. 2016/679, without compromising the lawfulness of such processing carried out on the basis of such consent until the moment of revocation.

Complaint to the competent authority

Run the Chrome Browser
Click on the menu in the browser toolbar next to the URL entry window for navigation

Click on Show Advanced Settings
In the “Privacy” section, click on the “Content Settings” button;

Run the Mozilla Firefox Browser
Click on the menu in the browser toolbar next to the URL entry window for navigation
Select Options
Select the Privacy panel
Click on Show Advanced Settings
In the “Privacy” section click on the “Content Settings” button
In the “Tracking” section you can change the following settings relating to cookies:
Ask sites not to perform any tracking;
Notify sites of your willingness to be tracked;
Do not communicate any preference regarding the tracking of personal data.
From the “History” section you can:
By enabling “Use custom settings” select to accept third-party cookies (always, from the most visited sites or never) and to store them for a specific period (until they expire, until Firefox is closed or to ask each time);

3. Internet Explorer

Run the Internet Explorer Browser
Click the Tools button and choose Internet Options
Click the Privacy tab and in the Settings section change the slider according to the desired action for cookies:

Select the sites from which to obtain cookies: move the cursor to an intermediate position so as not to block or allow all cookies, then press on Sites, in the Website Address box enter a website and then press Block or Allow.

In the Block Cookies section specify how Safari should accept cookies from websites.
To see which sites have stored cookies, click on Details

5. Safari iOS (mobile devices)

Run the Safari iOS Browser
Tap on Settings and then Safari
Tap on Block Cookies and choose between the various options: “Never”, “Third-party and advertisers” or “Always”
To delete all cookies stored by Safari, tap on Settings, then Safari and finally on Delete Cookies and data

6. Opera
