Place of processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters and are handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing and/or by any persons in charge during any maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or performance requested.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the user to be identified.
This category of data includes:
– IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site;

Purpose of data processing
Your personal data collected will be processed by our structure for the following purposes:

Transfer of data to non-EU countries
Scapece srl does not intend to transfer your data to third countries (non-EU countries).

In any case, you have the right to revoke at any time the consent to the processing of your personal data given, as established by art. 7, paragraph 3 of EU Reg. 2016/679, without compromising the lawfulness of such processing carried out on the basis of such consent until the moment of revocation.
